For our most recent gourmet group dinner, I was assigned the task of making these beautiful and delicious onion tartlets. They received rave reviews from everyone, and the host said that the leftovers were just as good and crispy when re-heated.
Of course, anything this divine takes time to prepare. So, follow the author’s suggestion and make the onion jam the night before. I spent about two hours total making the jam, and another hour and a half assembling and cooking the tartlets the following day. Well worth it!

OMG! Those look delish and… beautiful! But how can a recipe be bad with goat cheese, onions and balsamic? I HAVE to try them. Thanks for sharing the recipe and the advice!
